Who is Folio?

Your cash and securities are held in a brokerage account in your name at Folio Investments, Inc. Swell is your investment advisor; we manage your money. Swell selected Folio Institutional, an independent third party, to act as custodian to safeguard your assets and to provide clearing and execution of transactions in your account based on our instructions.

    Swell and its broker-dealer/custodian, Folio, are regulated by the SEC. We follow a strict set of rules designed to protect our investors' accounts.
